As a Pilates, Health & Fitness Coach with a degree in Exercise and Sports Medicine and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer for 31 years, I am dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness and wellness goals. My approach focuses on functional training and post-rehab movement, core strength, and overall flexibility and strength to improve your physical health and well-being.  I work with a variety of age groups, however, the majority of my clientele are women and men age 50 and over.
